The Piana Gas pizza oven boasts a unique feature that sets it apart - a rotating refractory stone. This ingenious design allows you to cook your pizza to absolute perfection without the need to remove it from the oven. Rotation system for perfect cooking: No need to take the pizza out of the oven! Piana is the only compact oven equipped with an innovative system with a round cordierite refractory stone. The wheel will allow you to turn your pizza during cooking to obtain an evenly cooked pizza.
Fast cooking in 60 seconds: 1 minute is the time it will take to obtain a perfectly cooked pizza!
Gas: Very practical, you just need to connect your oven to a gas bottle (LPG). The hose and regulator are supplied.
Integrated thermometer: A successful pizza is a pizza cooked to perfection. Thanks to the integrated thermometer, you can easily monitor the temperature of your oven. Allow around 10 minutes to obtain the correct cooking temperature: 400°C.
Foldable legs and compact format: To take or move your oven as you wish!
Everyone has their own colour: Terracotta for a bohemian atmosphere, Eucalyptus for a more zen atmosphere, Slate for a modern atmosphere and Charcoal for a more intense colour.
