Processing Times Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods and Costs We offer the following shipping options:

• Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane Metro Areas: For items that are in stock, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
• All Other Areas: Delivery can take anywhere between 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location.
• Shipping costs vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

International Shipping We currently do NOT ship to select international locations.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
